Additionally, if you have a specific design in mind, we welcome your input to personalize your bowl. Please note that the crafting process requires approximately two to three weeks to ensure the utmost quality and attention to detail.

Hold the singing bowl in the palm of your hand, ensuring that it is secure and stable.

Gently strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet, using light to medium pressure. Now lightly move the mallet around the rim of the bowl in a circular motion. This will create a resonant and soothing sound. Allow the vibrations to resonate and fill the space, focusing on the sound and sensation it produces. Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present in the moment.

To ensure the longevity and quality of your handmade singing bowl, it’s important to follow these care instructions:

  • Handle the bowl with care and avoid dropping or banging it against hard surfaces.
  • Store the bowl in a safe and dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the bowl and remove any dust or debris. Avoid using any hard material or abrasive on the engraved surface

Purchases from Sarveda are shipped from our warehouse located in Kollegal, near Mysore, India, using reputable courier partners. Upon placing your order, please allow the following processing and delivery times:

  • Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Deliveries to remote or complex coverage areas may require additional working days.

What do the various symbols mean?

Flower of life

The Flower of Life is a sacred geometric pattern symbolizing the interconnectedness of all life. It represents the universe’s underlying structure and is used for meditation, healing, and spiritual exploration.

Buddhas eyes

The Buddha’s eyes symbolize wisdom, compassion, and insight, representing the enlightened vision of the Buddha and his teachings guiding all sentient beings.

Tree of life

The Tree of Life symbolizes interconnectedness, growth, and balance across cultures. It represents the unity of all life and serves as a metaphor for spiritual evolution and personal growth.

Tibetan Mantra: Om mani padme hum

Om Mani Padme Hum” is a sacred Tibetan Buddhist mantra, translating to “The Jewel is in the Lotus.” It symbolizes compassion, wisdom, and the path to enlightenment.
