The Sarveda Journey

Sarveda was founded in the later part of 2020 by Arjun Arora with a vision to integrate his passion for learning and sharing the wisdom of Philosophy, Psychology, Art, Music, Yoga and Travel with realities of 'Vyavaharic' life, Yogic-ly speaking.
As a traveller, Arjun travelled across India learning about life, purpose, perspectives and everything beyond from people he met. It was also on one of his solo-biking escapades that he met his wife Saja, who is also a traveller and a Yoga teacher from Lebanon. Now they spend most of their time in Bangalore with their two year old son, Ayaan.
Saja and Arjun regularly host yoga and adventure retreats, organise wellness and music programs around India and the world. You can follow their programs and adventures on instagram at @shaktibeirut, @insideoutvoyages and @sarvedalife

Our
Philosophy

Holistic Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, be it engaging with local communities to help create our range of eco-friendly products or collaborating with Yoga and Ayurveda practitioners to share their wealth of knowledge and wisdom.

Staying true to the essence of Yoga, we believe that health and happiness extends beyond our individual boundaries which is why we ensure that everything we do benefits not just us but our whole planet. For creating our products, we engage with farmers and artisans that practise sustainable, ethical and eco-friendly methods of agriculture and cratsmanship.

Our Values

Purpose over Profit

Our vision is to create an ecosystem where everyone can benefit from the vast knowledge and wealth of Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic wellness. Be it through transformational webinars, courses, retreats or bringing to you authentically and sustainably sourced accessories, we strive to make this profound science of well being accessible and available.

Eco-friendly & Sustainable

We believe that we are all connected and that there cannot be any growth or evolution at the expense of something else. Which is why we ensure that all our products are eco-friendly and sustainably sourced or produced from authentic and certified sources. We also avoid using plastics or non-biodegradable material for packaging our products thereby reducing our carbon footprint.

Completely Natural & Ethically Sourced

We ensure that all the products that we source or produce are natural, not genetically modified and ethically sourced. It is eventually what we eat that creates us, so it is imperative that we ensure that only the best is put into us.

Empowering Local Communities

Vasudaiva Kutumbakam is an ancient Sanskrit saying which means that we are all one big family. If we have more, it is our responsibility to share it with those who don’t. Which is why we work and engage with people and communities to empower them in whatever way we can.
