Sound Therapy & Nada Yoga Workshop – Bangalore

Immerse yourself in the transformative realm of Sound Therapy and Nada Yoga during this two-day workshop at the beautiful ’School of Ancient Wisdom’ located in Devanahalli outside all the hustle and bustle of Bengaluru on the weekend of February 17-18.

Led by the Arjun Arora and Meenal Nigam, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore the profound healing power of sound and the ancient wisdom of Nada Yoga.

Over the workshop, we will explore various instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, hand pans, shakers, rattles, and drums. Participants will learn how to harness the therapeutic potential of these instruments, as well as the power of their own voices, for the benefit of both individuals and groups.

The workshop is designed for individuals from all walks of life who share a belief in the healing capacity of music and sound and wish to kindle their interest in the world of sound healing and Nada Yoga.
