Immerse yourself in the transformative realm of Sound Therapy and Nada Yoga during this two-day workshop at the beautiful ’School of Ancient Wisdom’ located in Devanahalli outside all the hustle and bustle of Bengaluru on the weekend of February 17-18.
Led by the Arjun Arora and Meenal Nigam, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore the profound healing power of sound and the ancient wisdom of Nada Yoga.
This workshop explores sound therapy from both a scientific understanding of sound and psychoacoustics, mirroring the Western perspective, along with an intuitive and holistic understanding rooted in the ancient practice of Nada Yoga from the East.
Over the workshop, we will explore various instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, hand pans, shakers, rattles, and drums. Participants will learn how to harness the therapeutic potential of these instruments, as well as the power of their own voices, for the benefit of both individuals and groups.
The workshop is designed for individuals from all walks of life who share a belief in the healing capacity of music and sound and wish to kindle their interest in the world of sound healing and Nada Yoga.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer to the world of sound therapy, this workshop promises a rich and enlightening experience.

The workshop will start at 9AM on Saturday morning, 17th Feb and finish by 6PM on Sunday evening, 18th Feb. The venue is serene and peaceful located away from the hustle and bustle of city life in the outskirts of Bangalore near Devanahalli with the right environment to relax, reflect and learn. The fee all inclusive of a night stay, the session and all the meals at The School of Ancient Wisdom (TSOAW), Devanahalli is Rs. 16,500 .
Please note that the rooms are on a sharing basis. If you’d like to have a private room for yourself, there will be an additional cost of Rs. 1500.
Driven by his endless curiosity for a better understanding of the Self, Arjun has been on journeys across India and the world, learning from philosophies, meditation, yoga, psychology, music and various holistic wellness modalities. Arjun founded Sarveda as an earnest attempt to align his passion for creativity and well-being with making a positive impact and changing the world for the better.
He is a percussionist, guitarist, sound producer and a sound therapist with a keen interest to use music as a force to help people connect with themselves and others. His other interests lie in integrating the broad vision of the philosophies of the East with the pragmatic psychology of the West. Arjun is an engineering graduate from IIT Madras.
Meenal has been teaching yoga since 2004. Learning under various Gurus and Teachers the science of Hatha yoga, Raj Yoga, Ancient breathing techniques, relaxation practices and meditation she learnt how to be a better student and disciple and that training has gone a long way to make her a sincere Disciple and passionate teacher.
Meenal is also a passionate Bhakti and Sufi singer and has been performing at various prestigious cultural and corporate events since last many years.
Her spiritual goal is to be a student for life, always in Service of her Gurus and Humanity.
She is a certified Ritanveshi Certified Nada Yoga Instructor.
