If you have ever felt the pull of a singing bowl or wondered why certain rhythms settle your mind, Anunada is a two-day residential retreat designed to help you turn that curiosity into a grounded practice. Hosted by Sarveda, this workshop is built for those who want to facilitate sound sessions with genuine confidence and clinical clarity.
We move beyond just “playing instruments.” Instead, we look at the bridge between ancient Eastern traditions—like Nada Yoga and the Koshas—and modern science, including neuroacoustics and how our nervous system responds to pitch and vibration. You will walk away knowing not just how to strike a bowl, but the “why” behind the techniques you use.
This is a hands-on experience. You will spend significant time with a diverse toolkit: Tibetan and crystal bowls, shamanic drums, shruti boxes, gongs, tuning forks and many more. We focus on building your “vibrational intelligence”—the ability to listen deeply and lead others into states of quiet awareness.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear framework for structuring sessions for individuals and groups, backed by a certificate of completion and a newfound sense of musicality.
