- If an order or herbs has not been shipped yet, it may be canceled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you.
- We cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- For exchange of products, the products being returned are in a sealable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged state, and subject to the following terms-
- Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by our team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.
- All products, once purchased, are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return and refund if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Sold in quantity lesser than what is mentioned on the pack
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Expired at the tie of receiving the product
