1. For wrong, damaged, or broken items,
Provide a video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the complete unboxing, so the issue is immediately visible.
Submit clear videos or photos that clearly show the issue, making it easily identifiable.
• The product must be returned in proper packaging to avoid further damage during reverse transit.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged through our authorized logistics partner, where applicable.
Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the claim.

2. Damaged Product (Transit Damage)
If the product is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days of its arrival at the warehouse. No extra fees apply.

3. Quality Issues (No Transit Damage)
If there is no physical damage, but you believe there is a quality issue:
• Clear proof must be submitted, including:
• Videos/photos clearly showing the issue
• For musical instruments, tuning videos, or demonstrable evidence of the concern
• The claim will be vetted by our quality team.
If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days of receipt at the warehouse.
• Shipping charges may be deducted depending on the nature of the case.

4. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, an unboxing video is required. A full refund or replacement will be provided within seven working days of warehouse receipt, with no shipping or pickup charges.

5. Change of Mind (Return or Exchange)
For a change of mind, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within seven working days of receipt, minus shipping and pickup costs. For exchanges, extra payment must be completed before dispatch.

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds are initiated within seven working days of receipt and inspection. The refund will be processed through UPI ID / Phone number. The timing of the reflection in your account depends on your bank.
