The Anunada Workshop is a deeply immersive two-day residential experience by Sarveda, thoughtfully designed to initiate your journey into sound therapy and vibrational healing under the guidance of expert facilitators.
Rooted in both Eastern wisdom and modern scientific understanding, the workshop offers a balanced exploration of sound as a tool for healing, awareness, and transformation. From Nada Yoga, breathwork, energy flow, Panchamahabhutas, and Koshas to concepts such as resonance, entrainment, harmonics, frequency, and vibrational intelligence, the program bridges subtle traditions with contemporary perspectives in neuroacoustics and consciousness studies.
The workshop also introduces the foundations of Western music theory and Indian classical understanding, integrating mantra, rhythm, octaves, and musicality into therapeutic facilitation. Through step-by-step frameworks, you will learn how to structure and lead intentional sound therapy sessions for both individuals and groups.
Participants receive hands-on experience with a wide range of sound healing instruments including singing bowls, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, chimes, shruti box, rattles, tongue drums, xylophones, flutes, and more—understanding not only how to play them, but how to use them with sensitivity and purpose.
More than a training, this residential immersion is a space to refine perception, deepen presence, and align your existing practices with the transformative intelligence of sound. The workshop concludes with certification and continued inspiration for your journey as a sound facilitator.
