Driven by his endless curiosity for a better understanding of the Self, Arjun has been on journeys across India and the world, learning from philosophies, meditation, yoga, psychology, music and various holistic wellness modalities. Arjun founded Sarveda as an earnest attempt to align his passion for creativity and well-being with making a positive impact and changing the world for the better.
He is a percussionist, guitarist, sound producer and a sound therapist with a keen interest to use music as a force to help people connect with themselves and others. His other interests lie in integrating the broad vision of the philosophies of the East with the pragmatic psychology of the West. Arjun is an engineering graduate from IIT Madras.

We are Alex and Vlada, also known as Rhythmic Couple – musicians, teachers, and facilitators dedicated to spreading rhythm, joy, and human connection through body percussion, drumming, and interactive performance.
Alex is a professional percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, and rhythm educator with over 10,000 online students and two decades of experience. He plays frame drums, darbuka, cajon, flutes, didgeridoo, and specializes in konnakol and body percussion.Alex has traveled to Brazil, Spain, Turkey, India, Peru, Germany, Greece, France, and other countries to study his craft and to teach at various festivals, including the Body Rhythm Festival, the International Body Music Festival, Drums of the World, and more.
Vlada is a rhythm artist with a background in organizing ecstatic dance festivals. She now performs and co-leads workshops and drum circles alongside Alex, bringing her energy and sensitivity through body percussion, asalato, frame drums, and electronic drums.
Together, we lead workshops, drum circles, and performances that are highly interactive, playful, and deeply connecting. Our sessions combine rhythmic development with a warm, creative atmosphere that helps people relax, express themselves, and rediscover joy through rhythm.

Aparna Sundar is an internationally certified sound therapist who began her healing journey at the age of 12. Influenced by her maternal grandfather and great sages, Aparna discovered the profound impact of music and sound on her own mental health. Her extensive training includes a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy in the UK and a drum circle facilitator certificate from Taal, Inc. Pune. Currently, she is deepening her expertise by learning the Dhrupad style of Hindustani classical music.
The course comprises of 6 sessions each roughly 1.5 hours in duration spread over 3 weeks(2 per week on Wednesdays and Fridays) to be offered online on Zoom in the dates mentioned in the schedule
