Antar Mauna|Inner silence—a gentle state of awareness where the mind slows down and the body deeply rests. This New Moon, we invite you to step away from noise, screens, and constant thinking, and return to a calm, grounded space within yourself.
This thoughtfully designed evening experience supports deep relaxation and self-alignment. The session begins with slow, mindful movement to release physical tension and help the body feel safe and settled. This is followed by simple breathwork practices that calm the nervous system and prepare you to receive rest more fully.
As the body softens, you will be guided into an immersive sound bath using therapeutic sound instruments. Sound works at a subtle level, helping the mind shift from active thinking into a meditative state. The vibrations gently guide you toward balance, clarity, and ease.
The journey concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided rest practice that allows the body to sleep while the mind remains aware. This state of conscious rest is known to support deep recovery, emotional regulation, and mental clarity. You may leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply nourished.
The New Moon is traditionally a time for inward reflection, rest, and new beginnings. Practicing Antar Mauna during this phase supports letting go of mental clutter and reconnecting with your inner rhythm.
This experience is open to all—no prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound healing is needed. Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to slow down, reset, and realign.
At Sarveda, we curate experiences that blend ancient wisdom with modern understanding, creating safe and welcoming spaces for deep rest and awareness. Antar Mauna is an invitation to pause, listen, and return home to yourself.
