Dive deep into the science of sound and psychoacoustics, and learn how to use sound artistically and therapeutically for alignment and balance. Learn the therapeutic potential of various instruments such as the Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, hand pans, shakers, rattles, and drums. Additionally, participants will learn how to harness the power of their voices for healing through the sacred science Nada yoga.

About the Teachers

Arjun Arora

Driven by his endless curiosity for a better understanding of the Self, Arjun has been on journeys across India and the world, learning from philosophies, meditation, yoga, psychology, music and various holistic wellness modalities. Arjun founded Sarveda as an earnest attempt to align his passion for creativity and well-being with making a positive impact and changing the world for the better.

He is a percussionist, guitarist, sound producer and a sound therapist with a keen interest to use music as a force to help people connect with themselves and others. His other interests lie in integrating the broad vision of the philosophies of the East with the pragmatic psychology of the West.  Arjun is an engineering graduate from IIT Madras.

Aparna Sundar

Aparna Sundar is an internationally certified sound therapist who began her healing journey at the age of 12. Influenced by her maternal grandfather and great sages, Aparna discovered the profound impact of music and sound on her own mental health. Her extensive training includes a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy in the UK and a drum circle facilitator certificate from Taal, Inc. Pune. Currently, she is deepening her expertise by learning the Dhrupad style of Hindustani classical music.


Pricing and General Information

The workshop will commence at 10 AM on Saturday, November 9th, and conclude by 6 PM on Sunday, October 10th, at the beautiful venue of The Yoga House, located in Bandra West, Mumbai.

Participants will enjoy wholesome vegetarian sattvic meals for lunch on both days along with tea breaks over the weekend.

The all-inclusive fee for the weekend workshop is Rs. 19,500. However, if you register before October, you can benefit from a Rs. 1,500 discount, reducing the total fee to Rs. 18,000. You can avail this discount by using the code EARLYBIRD while checking out on the website.

  • All participants can avail a 10% off on sound healing instruments purchased from the Sarveda Store.
  • A handout with all essential aspects of sound healing and Nada Yoga covered during the course.

Yes, this course is open to individuals of all skill levels. The only prerequisites are an interest in music and a willingness to learn 
Yes, participants who attend and complete the weekend workshop on fundamentals in Sound Therapy will receive a certificate from Sarveda.
Over the course of the weekend, Lunch, tea and snacks are included. If you’d like to carry some food along with, you can but our only request would be to go light and avoid unhealthy food so you’re active and energetic for the duration of the workshop
Bringing your own instruments isn’t required for this course, as its focus is on introducing you to the world of sound therapy. However, if you have any unique instruments you’d like to share, feel free to bring them. Additionally, you’re welcome to bring a drum or any percussion instruments for the drum circle we’ll have after the course concludes on Sunday!
This is not a residential program, but we will have full-day workshops on both days. If you’re traveling from from a far distance and need accommodation, you can book an accommodation at some place nearby or reach out to the staff at The Yoga House for information on staying options nearby.
Yes, you can avail a waiver of INR 1,500 on the total amount making it 18,000INR instead of 19,500INR if you register before the 1st of November

In case you can let us know that you will not be able to make it 2 weeks before, we can refund 90% of the amount. In case you let us know a week before, we will refund 75% of the amount and in case you let us know on the day or after the event is over, we will refund 50% of the amount.
