About the Course

Sound Journey Facilitator Training is a three-day, in-person learning experience designed to introduce participants to the instruments, listening practices and facilitation skills involved in creating immersive group sound journeys.

Through guided demonstrations, hands-on practice and collaborative exercises, participants explore the qualities and playing techniques of singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, handpans, elemental instruments and the human voice.

The programme moves from understanding sound and resonance to developing practical instrument skills, exploring rhythm and Nada Yoga, and learning how to structure a sound journey with intention, thoughtful transitions, appropriate dynamics and space for silence.

The training is suitable for beginners as well as practitioners who wish to broaden their familiarity with sound-based practices. It emphasises attentive listening, responsible facilitation, participant comfort and the development of a personal, grounded approach to working with sound.

Participants complete a group-based practical exercise and will receive a certificate from Sarveda.
