It is created by fusing together hollow coconut shells filled with dried beans that create the percussive shaking rattle sound as they collide with each other and the inside surface of the shaker. It is then attached to an ergonomically hand-carved piece of wood for better grip. This instrument is hand-crafted in India by skilled artisans who have been doing this for generations.

HOW TO PLAY?
Simply hold the mini coconut shaker within the palm of your hand and shake it rhythmically. Anybody from a child to an elderly person can pick it up and play it! The shaker gives a brilliantly bright sound. The shakers can be used as a part of sound healing, drum circles and music jam sessions.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
These instruments require no special care other than dusting off with dry cloth as needed. Avoid getting your shaker wet.
